VitalWay Coupons: Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for the use of the promotional coupon "Basic Prevention with VitalWay"

1. The discount coupon is a 12-character unique sequence in the form of a code, consisting of capital letters and digits.
   
   
2. The coupon entitles to a one-time purchase of the "Basic Prevention" examination package with a 20% discount.
   
   
3. The coupon can only be redeemed at on-line shopping at sklep.medicover.pl.
   
   
4. The voucher is not exchangeable for cash or other benefits. In the case of cancellation of the purchase with the use of a voucher, the purchaser may benefit from a refund less the value of the voucher. Details related to shopping at sklep.medicover.pl are defined by the Store Regulations, available at the store’s address specified above.
   
   
5. The coupon may be used by its owner only. The owner of the coupon is a person who has purchased a product from the "Vital Way" series (BeautyWay, AntiagingWay, MaleWay, HarmonyWay, MindfulWay) at the medicovervital.pl store.
   
   
6. The voucher is issued electronically (by email) and physically (as an insert) after the purchase is made – together with the goods sent.
   
   
7. The condition to use the coupon is to join the "MediClub" loyalty programme. The regulations of the MediClub programme are available at https://sklep.medicover.pl/a/regulamin-mediclub
   
   
8. The voucher is valid until 31 October 2023. After this date, the voucher is no longer valid, and the discount will not apply.
   
   
9. The voucher cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions and offers available at Medicover.
