The customer may withdraw from the contract in writing without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of the contract.

Medicover Sp. z o.o. guarantees the return of the amount paid within 14 working days to the bank account from which the payment was initiated, without charging the Customer with an additional cost.
In the case of using medical services, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract, because it has been performed.
