Prof. Adam Gesing, MD PhD

Adam Gesing is a doctor of medicine and associate professor at the Medical University of Łódź. He obtained his medical degree by completing his studies at the Medical University of Łódź. From the fourth year of his studies, he was pursuing the Individualised Study Programme. As a result, he completed an extended study programme in endocrinology. He also completed his speciality training in internal medicine. As a doctor, he has a very broad experience, which he gained working in the Department of Thyreology of the Medical Academy of Łódź and the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolic Diseases of the Institute of the Polish Mother's Health Centre and other institutions. The doctor also provides consultations on an outpatient basis, in outpatient clinics and specialised medical offices. Prof. Adam Gesing, MD PhD, also gained experience in overseas facilities, in Springfield (IL), as well as in Orlando, Florida (USA). Despite his high qualifications, prof. Adam Gesing, MD PhD, constantly improves his professional skills by participating in training courses and specialisation symposia, both in Poland and abroad. The doctor has authored and co-authored numerous publications in the field of endocrinology. He was awarded several times for his scientific achievements, receiving, among others, the Scientific Award of the Minister of Health. As an outstanding specialist, he is a member of several scientific societies, in Poland (Polish Society of Endocrinology, Polish Society of Tyreology) and abroad (European Society of Endocrinology).
