The "Allergy to Alpha-Lactalbumin (F76, sIgE) (ImmunoCAP)" test determines the level of IgE antibodies directed against alpha-lactalbumin, a milk protein.
When to Perform the Test
The test is recommended to identify the allergen responsible for an immediate (localized or generalized) type I hypersensitivity reaction and in cases of suspected milk and dairy product allergy.

IgE-dependent allergic diseases.
Symptoms
