Another urological consultation - teleconsultation
Consultation with a urologist in the form of a teleconsultation.

InviMed
- About the consultation
Who Can Use It?
The telemedicine consultation is available to all InviMed clinic patients who have already had their first in-person visit with a specialist at the facility.
Scope of the Teleconsultation
During a phone consultation, the urologist provides all services that can be performed remotely. However, if necessary, the doctor may recommend an in-person visit.
As part of the teleconsultation, the doctor:
- conducts a medical interview,
- analyzes test results,
- provides medical advice and recommendations,
- prescribes medications,
- may refer the patient for additional tests or consultations,
- answers questions about the treatment process based on the patient’s medical history.
Important! The teleconsultation does not include issuing certificates or official statements, particularly regarding temporary incapacity for work due to illness, hospitalization or stay in another medical facility providing inpatient care, the need for personal caregiving of a sick family member, scheduling in-person visits or other medical services at the InviMed fertility clinic. For such matters, please contact the helpline: 500 900 888.
How Does the Teleconsultation Work?
- The patient books a phone consultation instead of an in-person visit. The clinic addresses in the schedule only indicate the doctor’s workplace.
- After the payment is processed, an InviMed consultant will contact the patient to arrange the appointment.
- The provided appointment time is approximate – the doctor will call within ±15 minutes of the scheduled time.
- The doctor initiates the call from 500 900 887, making three attempts at 1–2-minute intervals.
- If the patient does not cancel or reschedule the consultation and the doctor is unable to reach them after three attempts, the consultation is considered completed with no refund available.
Why Choose Teleconsultation?
This is a convenient option for patients who need professional urological advice but cannot visit the clinic in person. However, for more complex health issues, an in-person visit may be recommended.
