Lupus anticoagulant - a test useful in the diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) - an acquired thrombophilia occurring in some patients with thromboembolism. The test is also performed to clarify the cause of receiving a prolonged aPTT time.

Lupus anticoagulant DRVVT - a test useful in the diagnosis of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) - an acquired thrombophilia occurring in some patients with thromboembolism. APS is manifested by vascular thrombosis, obstetric failures (miscarriages of unexplained cause, fetal demise).
The test is also performed to clarify the reason for receiving a prolonged aPTT time.
