The package encompasses the following services:

• Mandatory vaccinations, carried out in accordance with the vaccination schedule and based on combination preparations recommended by Medicover doctors: pneumococcus, diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, Hib, polio - IPV, hepatitis B, measles, mumps, rubella, rotavirus
• 50% discount on recommended vaccinations, carried out in accordance with the vaccination schedule and based on combination preparations recommended by Medicover doctors: chicken pox, meningococcus
• flu vaccinations
• paediatric consultation
• consultations and nursing procedures
• home visits (10 per year)
• consultations with specialists: ophthalmologist, ENT specialist, orthopaedist, surgeon, cardiologist, neurologist, neonatologist
• basic assessment: laboratory tests, X-ray, ultrasound, ECG

Important information about the child package
The package is designed for children from birth to 2 years of age.

The contract is for 12 months. You make one payment - for the whole year in advance or pay in instalments.

Only at Medicover Centres is it possible to receive vaccinations as part of the packages.

In addition, you can receive other medical services at the facilities of the Damian Medical Centre, as well as at more than 2,000 Medicover medical network branches in Poland.

Vaccinations covered by the packages are provided only in Medicover Centres. Other services – additional services provided in the facilities of the Damian Medical Centre and Medi Partner as well as in over 2,000 medical facilities of the Medicover network throughout the country.
The package is intended for children from the moment of birth until they reach the age of 2 years.
The contract is concluded for 12 months. You can make a one-off total payment – for a whole year in advance, or use an instalment plan.
