Paediatric Surgeon Consultation
A paediatric surgeon qualifies patients for surgical treatment in a hospital, such as appendicitis, phimosis, or abdominal hernias.
Before surgically removing skin lesions such as warts, fibromas, or moles, a visit to a dermatologist is required to assess the medical indications for removal.
During the consultation, the doctor:
- conducts an interview and physical examination
- makes a diagnosis
- provides medical recommendations
- prescribes medications
- issues referrals for tests, consultations, or hospitalisation
Important Information:
During the visit, the doctor may perform a per rectum examination, remove stitches, or apply a dressing.
A paediatric surgeon consults children up to the age of 16.
The appointment lasts 15 minutes.
You must arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
The service can only be provided at the medical facility selected during purchase.
If you are looking for a specialist who speaks a foreign language, we recommend checking the doctor’s profile. Simply select the specialist’s name from the schedule above to access a detailed description, which includes information about foreign languages spoken. If no additional languages are listed, the doctor speaks only Polish.
