Booking a phone consultation with a surgeon is quick and easy. Simply access the online booking calendar, choose a convenient date and time, select a specialist, and provide your contact details. After completing the payment, the surgeon will call you at the scheduled time to carry out the consultation. You don’t need to install any apps or log in to any platforms – everything is handled over the phone.

• The doctor will attempt to contact the patient up to three times
• During the phone consultation, the surgeon will perform all procedures that are possible remotely. However, based on the interview, it may turn out that an in-person visit is necessary to reach a final diagnosis and determine the proper treatment plan.
• A doctor from Damian Medical Center can only access test results and previous consultations performed within that center. If you have documentation from another medical provider, you can send a scan of your test results to wynikibadan@damian.pl at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. These documents will be added to your medical record and available to the doctor during the consultation.
• A Medicover doctor can only access results and consultations performed at Medicover Center. For consultations provided by Medicover Hospital, the doctor can access results from both Medicover Hospital and Medicover Center.
• Please note that by booking a consultation, you are purchasing a phone consultation, not an in-person appointment at a medical center. The facility addresses listed in the schedule simply indicate the doctor’s place of work.
• Telemedicine consultations are available to all patients, regardless of location or medical history.

Can a surgeon issue referrals for tests during a phone consultation?

Yes, a surgeon can issue referrals for lab or imaging tests, but only within the facility where the consultation is provided (Medicover, Medicover Hospital, or Damian Medical Center).

Can the surgeon prescribe medication during the phone call?

Yes. Based on the medical interview, the surgeon may prescribe painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, or other necessary medications by issuing an e-prescription.
