The concentration of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and cancer antigen 125 (Ca 125) is measured. This test is useful in the diagnosis of endometriosis.

EndomKIT Test
The EndomKIT test is a genetic test used in the diagnosis of endometriosis. It detects specific genetic markers associated with the risk of developing this condition, which causes abnormal growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus. It aids in early diagnosis and understanding of genetic predispositions to endometriosis.
When to Perform the Test?
The test is recommended for women with suspected endometriosis to support the diagnosis of the condition.

Symptoms
Endometriosis may manifest with symptoms such as painful menstruation, leg numbness, pain during intercourse, pain during ovulation, heavy bleeding, urinary dysfunction (pain during urination, blood in urine), digestive issues (bloating, diarrhea, constipation), general fatigue, lack of energy, and depressive states.
