Gluten'Alarm – gluten intolerance

Gluten'Alarm® is a specific, rapid immunodiagnostic test for detecting anti-tTG antibodies in IgA class in blood. In the case of gluten intolerance, the body produces specific IgA antibodies directed against tTG (tissue transglutaminase).

The Gluten'Alarm® test should be performed in cases of symptoms of gluten intolerance or for individuals with family members who have already been diagnosed with the condition. Celiac disease occurs in genetically predisposed individuals. To ensure reliable results, the test should be conducted while the person is following a regular diet (containing gluten).
