Healthy male: Stress

Long-term stress can negatively impact the functioning of the entire body. That’s why the "Healthy Man: Stress" package includes a set of tests designed to assess whether and how nervous tension affects your organs and systems.

This package analyzes parameters related to:

• Liver function – through ALT measurement.
• Heart health and potential cardiovascular risks (NT-proBNP).
• Kidney and urinary system function – through creatinine measurement (CREA with eGFR).
• Cardiovascular risk and the impact of stress on cholesterol levels – via a lipid profile test (CHOL, HDL, non-HDL, LDL, TG).
• Carbohydrate metabolism – through glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) testing.

Additionally, the package includes parameters that are particularly sensitive to chronic stress, such as prolactin (PRL), vitamin B12, vitamin 25(OH)D3 total, and cortisol, also known as the stress hormone. Their levels can fluctuate significantly under prolonged nervous tension.

With this set of tests, you will gain a comprehensive overview of your body's condition in relation to stress.

Tested Material:
The tested material is serum, obtained from blood.

Preparation for the Test:
The sample should be collected while fasting, at least 10-12 hours after the last meal, in the morning hours between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

Test Results Availability:
Test results are available within up to 3 business days on the website. They can also be collected in person at the ClinicLab Collection Point at Ogrodowa 31 Street in Warsaw.
