Hygienisation 3in1
Dental hygiene treatment complements proper oral hygiene and preventive care. When performed every 6 months, it helps reduce the risk of cavities and periodontal inflammation.
Stages of the 3-in-1 Dental Hygiene Procedure:
- Dental scaling using ultrasonic technology.
- Teeth sandblasting with a special powder applied under pressure.
- Fluoridation with a specialized foam.
Dental Scaling
This procedure involves removing tartar (mineralized plaque) from the surface of the teeth. Tartar is a hard deposit that cannot be fully removed through regular at-home oral hygiene practices.
Teeth Sandblasting
During sandblasting, fine particles of a cleaning agent (erythritol, sodium bicarbonate, or glycine) are applied under pressure to remove brown stains and clean areas inaccessible during scaling.
Fluoridation
Fluoridation is the final step in comprehensive dental hygiene. Its purpose is to protect the teeth from harmful factors and strengthen enamel. This process makes teeth more resistant to acids and bacteria, thereby reducing the risk of cavities.
The procedure involves applying a fluoride-rich preparation in the form of foam, gel, or mousse to the tooth surface. The fluoride penetrates the enamel, reinforcing it.
