Jan Brykalski, MD
Dr. Jan Brykalski, M.D. graduated from the Medical Academy in Warsaw in 2000 and specialized in psychiatry in 2009. He earned his doctorate in medical sciences in 2013 with a dissertation on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis functioning in alcohol-dependent individuals, which explored the risk of relapse and alcohol-related familial burdens.
His professional experience includes work at the 4th Psychiatry Clinic of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology, a one-year research scholarship at the University of Michigan under the Fogarty program, and training at the ECNP Summer School of Psycho-pharmacology in Oxford.
