Our Silver and Gold Packages are addressed to people who value health and time, as well as the freedom to choose services. It is an ideal product for families, seniors, pregnant women, children and anyone who wants to be sure of comprehensive and professional care. Importantly, the purchased package can be used by any number of people, regardless of age or family relationships - just enter the unique gift card number and the name and surname of the person who purchased the card. Looking for the perfect gift? You can also give the selected package to a loved one.

What do the Packages contain?
Dom Lekarski offers Silver and Gold Packages in the form of prepaid gift cards in two amount options:

The price list does not constitute a commercial offer according to Art. 66 pairs 1 of the Civil Code and is published for information purposes only. The prices provided on the websites may change.

On the day of purchase, the declared amount for medical services in the Doctor's House will be increased by 10% of the payment value in the case of purchasing the Silver Package and 20% in the case of purchasing the Gold Package.

How long is the Package valid?
The validity period of the Package is 12 months from the date of purchase. After the expiry date of the Package, payments with a given gift card cannot be accepted. The amount remaining on the card is not refundable.
