The package includes:

• Urea, uric acid, creatinine with eGFR – assess kidney filtration and detect changes that may indicate kidney damage.
• Total protein, albumin – help evaluate kidney function as well as diagnose liver and circulatory system diseases.
• Albumin/creatinine ratio (ACR) in urine – an indicator used for diagnosing early stages of diabetic nephropathy and monitoring endothelial dysfunction and cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension.

Preparation for the test
The blood sample should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 10-12 hours after the last meal, in the morning hours, between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM

Do not forget to bring a urine sample in a dedicated container (available at pharmacies)

24 hours before urine collection, avoid intense physical activity. The test should not be performed during a urinary tract infection or, for women, during menstrual bleeding

Test results are available within 3 business days on the website. They can also be collected in person at the ClinicLab Collection Point at Ogrodowa 31 Street in Warsaw
