Łukasz Strzępek, MD

Łukasz Strzępek graduated from the Collegium Medicum of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He specializes in general and oncological surgery. His professional experience includes work in the Department of General Surgery with the Sub-Department of Trauma Surgery at the District Hospital in Bochnia – as the head of the department, in the Clinical Department of General, Oncological and Gastroenterological Surgery at the University Hospital in Kraków (specialization in oncological surgery), in the Department of General and Oncological Surgery at St. Raphael's Hospital in Kraków – as the senior assistant, and since 2023 as the department head.

From 2021 he assisted in general and oncological surgery using the da Vinci robot. In 2024, after training in Amsterdam, he was certified as a da Vinci robot operator in colorectal surgery. As a doctor, he is involved in oncological surgery, general surgery, acute abdominal surgery, classical surgery, laparoscopic surgery, da Vinci robot-assisted surgery, and wound treatment.
