Michal Bartkowiak is a graduate of the Academy of Physical Education in Poznan. After graduation, he gained experience at the Department of Therapeutic Care and Medical Rehabilitation in Poznan. He has participated in a number of improvement training courses and continues to educate himself at professional courses.

- Maitland Concept ( Advanced Level ) - one of the world's most popular manual therapy methods, is accredited by IFOMT. It combines therapeutic techniques that act on joints, muscles and nerve tissue.
- Dry Needling ( dry needling ) - is a therapeutic method, consisting of mechanical action on a selected anatomical structure using a thin and solid needle inserted through the skin, without the administration (injection) of any pharmacological preparations or supplements.
- NDT Bobath concept for adults - a basic course in rehabilitation of post-stroke and neurogenic movement disorders. The concept emphasizes correct and physiologically compatible interactions aimed at normalizing the tension of the muscles responsible for proper posture.
- PNF ( advanced level ) - is the so-called neuromuscular rolling, a method effective in the rehabilitation of patients after strokes, balance disorders, multiple sclerosis or Parkinson's disease.
