Testing the level of copper in daily urine. Determination of the level of Copper in urine is used in the diagnosis and monitoring of Wilson's disease Wilson's disease.
Daily collection urine sample.
Before the test:
- Provide a large graduated container to collect the urine.
- You will also need a disposable container in which you will later you will deliver the urine sample from the daily collection to the laboratory.
- Take the container with you
On the day of the test:
- Start the daily urine collection in the morning and conduct it over a period of 24 hours.
- First morning

- Make a note of the time when collection begins.

Note!
