Clinical relevance
The test allows assessment of intestinal bacterial róbalance in the course of inflammatory or autoimmune diseases. It includes quantitative and qualitative diagnosis of indicator bacteria such as Bacteroides and Bifidobacterium, Enterococcus, Escherichia coli, of the genus Clostridium, lactobacilli of the genus Lactobacillus, non-fermenting bacilli of the genus Pseudomonas, Enterobacteriaceae - Proteus , Providencia spp, Morganella spp., Klebsiella spp., Enterobacter spp., Citrobacter spp., Serratia spp., Hafnia alvei. In addition, yeast-like and mold fungi are also determined in the tested material.
