Onconeuronal antibodies are found in syndromes of paraneoplastic syndromes (PAHs). These are autoimmune disorders accompanying neoplastic diseases. Onconeuronal antibodies anti-Yo are associated with ovarian and breast cancer. The symptom accompanying it is cerebellar degeneration. The presence of antibodies onconeuronal antibodies in the blood not infrequently precedes the symptoms of the cancer itself cancer. The test should be performed in patients with present symptoms of CFS and a history of cancer. In addition, the determination should be performed in patients with symptoms of PMS who have no other cause of the disorder.
