Paweł Filipowicz, MSc
Paweł Filipowicz, MSc, is a graduate of the Medical University of Warsaw and the Medical University of Gdańsk (second-degree studies). He has completed postgraduate training in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy of the Kaltenborn-Evjenth Concept.
It is a narrow specialisation in physiotherapy focused on the manual examination and treatment of patients with so-called musculoskeletal dysfunctions, i.e. with pain, contracture and instability in joints, upper limbs, lower limbs, temporomandibular joints and within individual spinal segments. Using special tests, we are able to determine whether the source of pain is muscles, tendons, ligaments, joint capsules, nerve roots or intervertebral discs. If we find tissue that has been damaged then we analyse the cause of this damage.
Professionally, Dr Paweł Filipowicz is interested in the treatment of overload spinal diseases, rehabilitation after sports injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, tension headaches, prevention of overload injuries of the peripheral joints and spine in adults and children.
