- Test description
This test is part of infertility diagnostics in women, performed to monitor the treatment of obstetric failures associated with an increased number of NK cells. It assesses the lymphocyte subpopulation based on the presence of differentiation antigens (CD), specific to a particular cell population. The tested population includes NK cells, CD16+/CD56+.
When to Perform the Test?
The test is conducted as part of infertility diagnostics in women and to monitor the treatment of obstetric failures related to an increased number of NK cells.
Diseases
The assessment of NK cell subpopulation count is used in diagnosing conditions such as recurrent miscarriage, assisted reproductive failures, infertility, and immune deficiencies.
