- Test description
Panel includes:
- LymphocytesB (CD19) and T (CD3) and their subpopulations;
- T helper T lymphocytess (CD4);
- Cytotoxic T cells (CD8);
- for NK cells (CD16 and CD56);
Each antibody is conjugated to a specific fluorescent tag, as a result of which the cellsre labeled with it emit wavelengths of different lengths after excitation with laser light, which makes it possible to identify and count individual lymphocytere populations (after lysis of erythrocytesre) at the level of individual cellsre.
This also makes it possible to identify many other subpopulations of lymphocytesw, depending on their phenotypic characteristics and the availability of specific monoclonal antibodies used for their labeling.
