You can choose cards with the following values:

• 50 PLN
• 100 PLN
• 200 PLN
• 500 PLN
• 1000 PLN

The Virtual Gift Card can be used in Medistore or the Medicover Store.

In Medistore, the card can only be used for products offered by the Medicover provider.

• Select a product or service on the store's website and add it to your cart.
• In the cart, under the Summary section, click I have a promo code and enter the code from the card.
• Click Next.
• Fill in the required details.
• Complete the payment using the card code. If the amount is insufficient, pay the remaining balance using your preferred payment method.
• You can use the code multiple times until the full amount on the card is spent.
