Awareness of the symptoms and consequences of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) is crucial for public health. These diseases often present with no symptoms or mild symptoms, making it possible for many individuals to be infected and unknowingly spread infections. Regular testing and following medical recommendations in case of suspected infection or risk exposure are extremely important.

The Intimate Package includes tests for pathogens such as:

• Chlamydia trachomatis (IgM and IgG) – a test detecting antibodies against the bacterium responsible for sexually transmitted infections, allowing early detection of infection or its chronic form.
• Treponema pallidum – a screening test for syphilis diagnosis.
• Herpes simplex (HSV-1/2 IgM and IgG) – a test for antibodies against herpes simplex virus type 1 (HSV-1) and type 2 (HSV-2), allowing diagnosis of acute, past, or chronic infections.

Each of these diseases has its own distinct symptoms and potential health consequences, including infertility, pregnancy complications in women, perinatal infections, and neurological disorders. Early detection and timely treatment are key to preventing serious health complications.

When should you take this test package?

• As a preventive measure if you are sexually active.
• In case of recurring intimate infections.
• After engaging in risky sexual contact.
• If you are planning a pregnancy and want to approach family planning responsibly.
• If you are already pregnant and concerned about your health and the health of your unborn child.

Tested Material:
The tested material is serum from blood.

Preparation for the Test:
The blood sample should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 10-12 hours after the last meal, in the morning between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

Test results are available up to 3 working days on the website. You can also collect them in person at the ClinicLab Intake Point at 31 Ogrodowa Street in Warsaw.
