Why perform a sports testing package - for everyone, universal?

The tests in the package are designed to detect, among other things, possible inflammation (blood count, ESR - Passer's Reaction), which can affect physical performance. Ferritin testing helps determine the body's iron stores, an element that is key to maintaining high energy and performance. CK (creatine kinase) is an indicator of muscle load, helpful in assessing muscle recovery. The lipidogram (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides) included in the package allows monitoring cardiovascular health. Glucose determination allows monitoring of carbohydrate metabolism, needed to provide energy during training. Electrolyte levels (sodium, potassium, magnesium) allow assessment of electrolyte balance, necessary for proper functioning of the nervous system and muscles. Testing TSH levels assesses the function of the thyroid gland, whose disorders can affect the body's perceived energy levels and metabolism. Testing vitamin D levels is crucial for immune support and bone health.

How to prepare for the test?

The test should be done on an empty stomach (drinking a small amount of water is acceptable) and before taking medication, unless otherwise instructed by a doctor. If taking biotin supplementation, blood should be drawn at least 8 hours after taking the supplement dose. The last meal of the previous day should be eaten no later than 6:00 p.m. It is recommended to draw blood in the morning, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Remember to bring a container with a urine sample - the morning sample should be submitted for testing.

Waiting time for the result: up to 3 working days*

*counted from the next working day after collection.
