Why do a study package - strength and interval training?

The testing package - strength and interval training helps detect possible health problems that may affect sports performance. Tests from the package assess levels of creatinine, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium), total protein and testosterone, among others, so you can better adjust your recovery after training. Checking vitamin concentrations can prevent injuries related to vitamin deficiencies in the body. Blood tests in athletes are very important because they allow you to optimize the training-regeneration process.

How to prepare for the test?

The test should be performed on an empty stomach (it is acceptable to drink a small amount of water) and before taking medication, unless otherwise instructed by a doctor. The last meal of the previous day should be eaten no later than 6:00 p.m. It is recommended that blood be drawn in the morning, between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. If you are taking supplements, such as biotin, blood should be drawn at least 8h after taking the last dose of the supplement.

Please be sure to take blood in the morning

Remember to bring a container with a stool sample. A stool sample the size of a hazelnut should be provided for the test.
