The Polycheck liver and kidney panel is performed in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases. In autoimmune hepatitis hepatitis, SLA/LP antibodies are detected in type I and LKM-1 and/or LC-1 in type II disease. For the diagnosis of chronic cirrhosis biliary cirrhosis of the liver are used for AMA M2, Sp100 and gp210 antibodies. High level of at least one of the mentioned autoantibodies supports the for the diagnosis of the disease. Antibodies to protein B centromere (CENP-B) are a marker for a limited form of systemic scleroderma (CREST syndrome). Antibodies to the basement membrane Glomerular basement membrane (GBM) are detected in the syndrome of Goodpasture's syndrome, progressive glomerulonephritis and in alveolar hemorrhages. In addition, the use of the panel allows the diagnosis of autoimmune vasculitis (MPO, PR3) - Wegener's granulomatosis, microscopic vasculitis, idiopathic crescentic glomerulonephritis, nodular arteritis arteries and Churg-Straus syndrome. Due to the lack of 100% specificity of autoantibodies, in the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases autoimmune diseases, simultaneous determination of several antibodies, which provides greater diagnostic sensitivity than the single determinations.
