Thyroid test package

This package is designed for individuals who want to thoroughly assess their thyroid function.

What do we test?

• TSH – a pituitary hormone essential for thyroid function control.
• FT4 and FT3 – free, active thyroid hormone fractions that reflect the gland’s actual activity.
• Anti-TG, Anti-TPO, and TRAb – autoantibodies whose elevated levels may indicate autoimmune thyroid diseases.

This package allows for the detection of both hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism, even in early stages when symptoms are not yet pronounced.

When should you take these tests?

• If you experience fatigue, lack of energy, drowsiness, cold intolerance, brittle nails, or hair loss – these may be signs of hypothyroidism.
• If you want to check your thyroid function after a previous diagnosis or monitor treatment effectiveness.
• As a preventive measure if you want a comprehensive thyroid function assessment.
• If you suffer from nervousness, hyperactivity, heat intolerance, unexplained weight loss despite appetite, recurring headaches, or diarrhea – these symptoms may indicate hyperthyroidism.

Tested Material:
The tested material is serum from blood.

Preparation for the Test:
The blood sample should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 10-12 hours after the last meal, in the morning between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM.

Test results are available within 3 business days, they can be accessed online or collected in person at the ClinicLab Collection Point at Ogrodowa 31 Street in Warsaw.
